- Administrator of your personal data is Evertop Sp. z o.o. registered at ul. Długa 1-3, 41-506 Chorzów.
- Your personal data is processed in order to support the queries issued via the contact form, in accordance with Article 6 (1 point b), GDPR;
- Your personal data will be processed during the queries assistance through the contact form;
- Based on the general regulations and legal requirements you have the right to:
- Have the access to your personal data
- Correct or erase your personal data
- Restrict processing
- Transfer personal data
- Lodge the complaint against processing of personal data.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – President of Personal Data Protection Office in case when there is a suspicion of breach in compliance with legal requirements.
- The personal data is given by yourself wilfully, however, it is necessary to process the query issued through the contact form. The consequence of refusal to the consent of personal data is the lack of authorisation for a contact.
- Your personal data may be transferred to the other recipients that act on behalf of the Administrator. They may also be transferred to the third parties provided it is necessary and compliant with general legal requirements or to the recipients that provide support services to the Administrator.
- Your personal data will not be processed in automated way, and will not be subject to profiling.
- Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Territory nor to the international organisations.
